Shipping Policy

Unless specifically stated, customer pays the Shipping and Handling charges.
It is our utmost goal to ship as soon as possible after payment has been made.
Our standard Shipper is USPS but you can specify several options for UPS.
We will send you the Shipper's Tracking Number as soon as it is given to us so that both of us can track the shipment.

Return Policy

We believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction.
We deal with many different suppliers and they all have different return policies. Our goal is to keep both our customers
and our suppliers happy. We want to work with you on any problems that may develop and try to work on the best solution
for everybody.
First and foremost, if we or our suppliers sent you the wrong product(s), we will absolutely take the wrong
product(s) back and replace your order with the correct product(s).
If you the customer received damaged product(s), it is your primary responsibilty to get Shipping Insurance to cover
these situations especially for big priced items. This helps protect you. Some of our suppliers will take the product(s)
back; some won't. Some will take them back and will want to replace the product(s) purchased. We can work on Shipping and Handling charges.
Now dealing with returns (nothing wrong with the product(s)) because the customer decided they didn't
want it after all. We understand that sometimes a picture isn't worth a thousand words. You can't touch, feel or smell
the product(s) and upon receiving your purchase you honestly know that you bought the wrong things. Again, some of our suppliers
will take the product(s) back and some won't take them back at all.
Again, we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. We may or may not take the product(s) back though.
We may request that you pick another product(s) to replace the product(s) you purchased after you return the original product(s)
at your expense in their original condition. We will not refund your Shipping and Handling charges. All said and done,, if
you are a steady and great customer as most of you are, we can bend the rules.
So make sure you purchase the product(s) that you really want., this makes it easier for everybody.

Sales Tax (Georgia Shipments only)

Georgia is a point of possession sales tax state. When you ship to a GA address, that's where the sales tax is
calculated on. Inorder to calculate GA sales tax, we need the County that the GA address resides in.
So please don't forget to keyin the GA County the shipment is going to.
If you reside in GA but are shipping to another State, there is no sales tax for that shipment.
